Absolutely! Believe it or not every person goes into trance naturally daily. When our minds are hooked on a positive feeling, task, or objective, we often go into what’s called trance. This state is also known as “autopilot” where we feel comfortably aware and in control enough to be able to consciously let go of surrounding influences and movement while still being “somehow” aware of them without paying conscious attention to them. Often we can relate to this feeling when watching a movie, driving or walking while talking, reading a book or doing a repetitive easy task, or when drifting in and out of sleep before bed.
